PREP ACADEMY

Year Round Academic & Athletic Training

At OCSF, we believe in preparing student-athletes both on and off the field. In partnership with a top charter school, we offer year-round academic and athletic training to support their growth. Our onsite curriculum helps 7th and 8th graders excel in the classroom and in competition, promoting overall health, wellness, and readiness for high school, college, and beyond.

AFTER SCHOOL TRAINING

Designed for youth to high school athletes of all sports, our program builds mobility, speed, power, and endurance. We focus on flexibility, speed, agility, plyometrics, strength, and conditioningβ€”while prioritizing recovery and injury prevention to keep athletes performing at their best.
