Year Round Academic & Athletic Training
We offer an onsite academic curriculum and provide a unique opportunity for all student-athletes to participate in a second to none charter school education and performance program throughout their 7th, 8th grade experience.
Our goal is to promote the personal growth of our student athletes mentally and physically by focusing on their overall health and wellness. We prepare student athletes for high school and college to further their education and athletic careers at the highest level.

Performance Training
Pre-Post Performance Assessments
The program provides performance training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands.
Improve functional movements to support the physical demands of the sport.
Increase their speed, strength, power and endurance.
Decrease injury risks.
The 5 Test Areas:
Anthropometrics (Height, Weight)
Functional Movement (Plank, Movement Screening)
Speed & Agility (40 yard sprint, Pro-Agility)
Power (Vertical Jump, Broad Jump)
Strength (Bench Press, Squats, Push Up, Grip Strength)

Sports-Specific Skills Training
Sport specific program is designed to improve the athlete’s skill set, so they are prepared to make plays.
Our coaches teach the skills that are necessary to individual and team success.
Our approach is to emphasize technique and fundamental skill development.
