Welcome to a new kind of basketball camp—where athletic performance comes first, and better movement leads to better basketball. At OCSF, we’ve reimagined summer training to focus on what truly separates good players from great ones:
Strength, speed, agility, and mechanics.

  • We start with the foundation of performance:

    • Gait cycle training

    • Postural assessment & movement correction

    • Running mechanics and fluid motion development

    Our expert coaches work through measurable movement assessments and teach players how to correct inefficient habits, enhance joint stability, and train the full body to move more explosively and efficiently. Why? Because better movement means better defense, faster first steps, and more control at game speed.

  • Once we’ve built the base, we reinforce it through:

    • Basketball-specific strength training (weight + bodyweight)

    • Core-focused conditioning

    • Explosive power and vertical development

    • Speed and agility circuits built for on-court transfer
